Meditub 3060WCA 30 x 60 Wheelchair Accessible Bathtub

Meditub 3060WCA Wheelchair Accessible Bathtub Sized for 60 Inch Tub Spaces

The Meditub 3060WCA is a 30 x 60 in. wheelchair accessible bathtub designed for bathers who use a wheelchair or need to sit down before entering the tub. A wide outward swinging door lets you roll up beside the tub and slide across onto the seat, then close the door and fill the tub while staying seated. It measures 60 in. L x 30 in. W x 42.25 in. H, so it can replace a standard 60 in. tub.

Safety comes first in every Meditub. The transfer height over the tub wall is 13.5 in., the contoured seat sits 11.5 in. off the tub floor, and the water reaches a soaking depth of about 25.5 in., deep enough to cover your shoulders while you sit. A built in grab bar, slip resistant textured floor and ADA compliant design help you move in and out with confidence, and the door seal is backed by a lifetime warranty.

You can choose the therapy system that suits you: the Soaker is a deep, non jetted tub that needs no electrical work, the Whirlpool adds 6 adjustable hydrotherapy jets and an inline heater that helps hold the water temperature, the Air model surrounds you with 16 gentle air massage jets, and the Whirlpool and Air combines 6 water jets and 16 air jets with the inline heater for a full body massage. Every option comes with a cable operated drain and overflow, so you can open and close the drain without leaning forward.

The tub is built from gel coat with fiberglass reinforcement on a steel support frame for a durable, easy to clean finish in White with color matched trim. Pick a left or right drain to match your plumbing and room layout. The average fill is about 80 to 90 gallons with a bather inside. Meditub tubs ship by freight with curbside delivery, so plan to have help moving the tub into place.
