Hi, I'm Jade. I started Pure Bath Supply because I could never find a place online that made it easy to trust what I was actually buying for my own bathroom.
The bathroom is one of the most personal spaces in a home. It's where you start your morning and where you unwind at the end of a long day. For a long time though, most of the products made for it felt like an afterthought: plain, disposable, and built to be replaced. Smart technology has changed almost every other room in our homes, and I never understood why the bathroom got left behind. That's really what pushed me to start this store.
My goal with Pure Bath Supply is simple. I want to bring well designed, genuinely high quality bathroom products to homes across the country, without making people dig through a dozen different sites or guess whether something is actually worth the price.
I personally look at every product before it goes on this site. Whether it's a smart toilet with real hygiene upgrades or a bidet seat that's actually comfortable to use every day, I only carry things I would put in my own home.
This is a small, family run business, and I know that buying a bathroom fixture online is a real investment for most people. That's why I care so much about getting the details right: honest descriptions, real customer support, and standing behind what we sell.
Features like heated seats, bidet washing, and warm air drying used to feel like something you'd only find at a nice hotel or a spa. I don't think that should be the case. Everyone deserves a little more comfort at home, and that's what I'm trying to make possible here.
