Woodbridge BSDC4876 Frameless Single Sliding Shower Door with Soft Close, 45.5-48in x 76in

Woodbridge Soft Close Frameless Sliding Shower Door for 48 Inch Alcoves

The Woodbridge BSDC4876 is a frameless single sliding shower door with a soft close damper system, sized for 45.5 to 48 inch openings at 76 inches tall. It is a great fit for a standard alcove shower, and the soft close feature makes it a smart pick for households with children.

The soft closure system uses a damper buffer that keeps the glass door from hitting the wall and chipping, so the door eases to a stop instead of banging shut. That protects the glass and the people using it. The door is 25 5/8 inches wide with a walk in clearance of 15 9/16 to 19 9/16 inches, and the stainless steel top guide rails trim up to 4 inches for width adjustment.

This model steps up to thicker 3/8 inch (10mm) tempered safety glass, ANSI Z97.1 certified, that resists water spots and is easy to clean. An explosion proof film bonded to the panel holds fragments, and even the broken panel, in place if breakage ever occurs. Large solid stainless steel rollers provide a quiet, effortless slide, and EnduraClean corrosion resistant stainless steel hardware is built to last.

Water seal strips and an anti splash threshold help keep water from dripping onto the floor outside, with a minimum threshold depth of 2 3/4 inches. The doors are reversible but do not adjust for out of plumb walls, so measure after your tile and walls are finished. A shower base is not required. Finishes are Brushed Nickel, Polished Chrome, Matte Black and Brushed Gold.
