The Brondell T22OFLC-FLUSHADAPT is an optional flushometer adapter made for one specific job: letting the Swash Thinline T22-OFLC commercial bidet toilet seat install on flushometer equipped commercial toilets that would not otherwise accommodate it. It is a small, targeted accessory meant to pair with the T22-OFLC, not a standalone product.

Flushometer toilets are common in office buildings, schools and other commercial spaces, but they are not always compatible with standard tank toilet bidet hardware out of the box. This adapter closes that gap. Instead of choosing a different seat model for those restrooms, you can keep the same commercial grade T22-OFLC and simply add the adapter where a flushometer is in place.
