The Castello USA Ocean is a 69 inch double slipper freestanding tub, with raised ends on both sides. That shape lets two people lean back comfortably at the same time, or gives a single bather the choice of either end. Its sculpted, minimalist form and gray finish make it a striking centerpiece in a modern bathroom.

Castello makes the Ocean from solid surface, a composite stone resin of acrylic, minerals and pigments. It is a non porous material, not plastic, so water and dirt stay on the surface instead of soaking in, which helps the tub resist stains. Solid surface also holds heat well, keeping your bath warm for a longer, more relaxing soak.

Everyday wear is easy to manage. Light scratches can be buffed out with fine sandpaper, and the care and repair video in the photo gallery shows how Castello recommends doing it. Like natural stone, each tub may show slight natural differences in color and finish, which gives every piece its own character.
